Individual Sessions

Trauma is not a wall to break through—it’s an invitation to meet what has been waiting to be felt. In our one-on-one work, I meet you where you are, guiding you to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and safety.


Together, we use Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, and meditation to gently release energy stored in the body, regulate your nervous system, and empower you to continue your healing beyond our sessions.


These sessions emphasize:

  • Grounded awareness and safety

  • Mindful attention to body sensations

  • Education in nervous system regulation

  • Integration of trauma-healing tools for daily life

Trauma Work
Emotional upheavals—from illness to loss—touch every aspect of our being. Through Somatic Experiencing®, Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), and mindfulness, I guide clients in safely releasing stored energy and re-establishing balance.


What Is Somatic Experiencing®?
Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing® is a body-based approach to resolving trauma at its root. Rather than focusing on the event, SE helps complete the body’s interrupted protective responses and release survival energy stored in the nervous system.


For Somatic Experiencing® & Integral Somatic Psychology Students
I offer personal sessions and consultations for credit toward Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing® trainings (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced) and Raja Selvam’s Integral Somatic Psychology® trainings. Virtual Zoom sessions available.
