Pawan Bareja, PhD, is a trauma resolution practitioner, Buddhist meditation teacher, and Somatic Experiencing® professional who has helped thousands heal through mindfulness and embodied compassion. A graduate of Spirit Rock’s Teacher Training Program, she blends modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom to help others rediscover safety, joy, and presence.
