When we are out of alignment with our deepest heart values, life feels stressful. Whether the trigger is personal heartbreak, economic pressure, relational conflict, or the weight of the climate crisis, the body often reacts with anxiety, collapse, anger, or overwhelm long before the mind can make sense of it. You are invited to move from stress to love by transforming these patterns through embodied heart practices.

Each week, we will begin by gently noticing where activation lives in the body. We’ll then engage in embodied heart-opening practices to soothe the nervous system and reconnect with inner clarity. After practice, we will re-check the nervous system to observe what has shifted, revealing resilience as something softly felt, measurable, and trainable.

As the heart opens and the body softens, many experience deeper rest, clearer thinking, a renewed sense of connection to loved ones, and the courage to live a more meaningful life.

This self-paced program offers a grounding, trauma-informed approach to healing through mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, and Somatic Experiencing®. Through guided practices, somatic tools, and accessible teachings on the nervous system, you’ll learn how to cultivate safety, regulate stress, and reconnect with your natural resilience.

The course explores key themes such as anchoring, lovingkindness, self-regulation, forgiveness, and managing everyday stress. It also includes movement practices, breathwork, and guided meditations you can return to again and again.
